  • Click-through to their website via the Buttons present on our site.
  • Shop on the retailer's site like you normally do
  • Retailer now pays us a commission for this sale. We pass that to you as 'cashback'.

  • Initially your cashback remains in 'Pending' status. Once the return period of your product is over, retailer pays us in the next monthly payment cycle. Your cashback then becomes 'Confirmed'.
  • Now you can withdraw it using the various Withdrawal Options present on our site.
Cashbacks are usually updated within 24 hours of the order being done.
Pending Cashback refers to the cashback for an order which has not passed the stage of Return/Cancellation and the Retailer hasn't confirmed its status to us. You can withdraw it only after it gets confirmed.
However, if your plans changed and you had to cancel your order, the transaction is cancelled and the cashback is removed from your Pending Earnings.
Confirmed Cashbacks are those that have been approved as valid sales from retailers and can now be withdrawn using the various withdrawal options present on our site.
Unfortunately not! In order to earn cashback, you must visit the retailer via Cashback India. This way the retailer can track and we would receive a commission from them. We pay you cashback from this. If you went to the retailer directly, then we will not be able to claim any commission and pay any cashback to you.
Yes, for most of our retailers we have cashback offers and vouchers both. Most retailers pay the same cashback rate if you use a voucher code along with it. However, some retailers might pay a lower rate, and very few might not pay cashback at all if used along with a voucher code. These terms are clearly stated on the individual retailer pages at Cashback India so please ensure you check them before transacting.
Once logged in, you can always see your cashback earnings in the box present on the home page. You can click on My Earnings to see details of all cashback earned.
Yes, Cashback from Cashback India is very much valid even if you place the order using the Cash On Delivery Payment option.


To request payment, login to your Cashback India account. Click on ‘My Account’ on top right corner of the header, click on and fill the details which would be required to fulfill the withdrawal option you would be selecting. Then, click on- Withdraw and select the withdrawal method you want to withdraw through and click on Continue.
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 3-4 working days.

Referring friends is really easy. All you have to do is send your unique referral link present at- 'Refer & Earn' to your friends. If they Sign-Up at Cashback India after visiting your referral link, you will earn Referral Earnings for every cashback they earn at Cashback India.

For every referral you make to we award you with commission of all cashback your referral earns.
For Example- If you referred your friend, Sanchit to us. Sanchit uses Cashback India after signing up through your unique referral link and earns Rs. 200 in cashback at any store through Cashback India. Since you referred Sanchit, you will earn some percent of his cashback as referral earnings. If the referral rate for the store he bought from is 10%, you will get 10% of Rs 200 as referral earnings i.e. Rs 20.

Go to 'My Referral earnings' after logging in to your Cashback India account. Here you can see your referral earnings.
An Invalid/Fake referral is one in which you create another account at Cashback India by using your own referral link to earn more cashback. This is against the policies of Cashback India and strict action will be taken in such cases.
It is against the policies of Cashback India and in such cases, all the fake accounts operated by that person will be closed and cashback will be seized.


You can submit a missing cashback ticket within 10 days from the date of transaction. Any Missing Cashback Claims will not be accepted after 10 days. Sometimes, though rare, retailers fail to track a transaction on their end. After we receive transaction details from you, we can follow this up with the retailer, and endeavor to claim your missing cashback.
Go to 'Missing Cashback' and then on 'Submit Missing Cashback'. Then you have to follow the simple steps to submit your ticket.
Cashback enquiries can take between 1 to 12 weeks to resolve. Rest assured we will try our level best to resolve your missing cashback query as soon as possible. Always Remember that our incentives are aligned with yours, and we only earn when you get paid a cashback.
When you visit a retailer through Cashback India, our systems can track that visit and record an 'exit click'. Thereafter, if you don't get an email from us about your cashback it is likely that somehow the retailer has missed the transaction. In these cases, we will chase the retailer and do our best to get you your missing cashback. Please note that sometimes cashback is not paid on VAT and delivery amounts. Therefore, if you think your cashback tracked at a wrong amount then this could be one of the reasons. In some cases, the retailer may decline your cashback, such as: 1.The purchase was returned, cancelled or the order amended. 2.The purchase was not completed wholly online. 3.Another referrer has been awarded the cashback commission (e.g. a price comparison site,another cashback site etc). 4.You did not comply with the terms and conditions listed on our website and/or the retailer's. 5.A voucher code or gift code not authorized by our website was used. 6.The retailer has ceased trading or has gone into administration. 7.Cookies were disabled and hence the tracking could not be completed. 8.Presence of AdBlocker or Adblocking Anti-Virus in your browser or PC respectively. Generally, sticking to the terms and conditions provided on our retailer page and ensuring you follow the recommended process will minimize the risk of anything going wrong.
The retailer holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the missing cashback ticket. While our team shall try it's best to resolve your cashback query favorably, in some cases your cashback may be declined. Please help us get your transaction approved from the retailer by providing all relevant proofs of purchase. Unfortunately, once a retailer has made a decision it is final.


To change your password, login to your Cashback India account. On the top right navigation bar, click on 'My Account'. Click on Settings, then click on 'Account Settings'. You can change your password on that page and press 'Submit'.
Click on the sign-in button. In the log-in box you will see a button labelled 'Forgot password?' Just click on this and follow the instructions and we will send you an email consisting your password. The email may arrive in your 'junk/spam' folder so do check it as well.
